Summer Staff Opportunities
Our Christ-centered staff have one simple goal: to help our campers connect with
Jesus through intentional conversations and interactive Bible lessons and worship. We are dedicated to sharing the power of the Gospel and showing that a relationship with the Lord can be exciting as well as life-changing!
We are looking for Christ-centered young adults who align with our mission and vision
to serve as Summer Staff for our 2026 season.
Senior Summer Staff
Ages 18 - 25
Our Senior Summer Staff members directly minister to campers by serving as cabin leaders as well as leading activities. They will get to spend their summer making an impact in the lives of our campers by creating a fun filled environment and sharing the hope and love of Jesus Christ.
Junior Summer Staff
Ages 15 - 17
Our Junior Summer Staff members serve as supporting staff for our Senior Summer Staff. They learn to directly minister to campers by serving as assistant cabin leaders as well as helping with activities. They will get to spend their summer making an impact in the lives of our campers by creating a fun filled environment and sharing the hope and love of Jesus Christ.
Summer Stables Staff
Ages 18+
Our Summer Stables Staff members serve as supporting staff for our year round Stables Staff.
They will serve as barn hands, assistant/beginner riding instructors, and trail guides. They will get to spend their summer making an impact in the lives of our campers by creating a fun and safe equine environment and sharing the hope and love of Jesus Christ.

Job Details
Dates:
Training: May 31st - June 13th
First Half: June 15th - 27th
Second Half: July 5th - Aug 8th
Time Off:
Summer Staff gets about 24 hours of time off each weekend.

Salary:
Salary depends upon the position applied for.
Meals & Lodging:
We provide lodging and meals for our summer staff.
